About Me
- Lynette
- Mesa, Arizona, United States
- I am a metalsmith, educator, wife, and mother, living the life of an ex-pat in Doha, Qatar. I moved to Doha from Arizona, where I had previously spent most of my life. I earned a Bachelors of fine art in metals in 2006, and a Masters of Fine Arts in Metals in 2010. I was the resident artist at the Mesa Art Center from 2010-2013, and an adjunct professor in metals at Central Arizona College. I am currently trying to balance navigating/living in a foreign country with being a mother and a practicing artist. My blog is a place for me to share my thoughts, experiences, successes and failures with you.

hey, did you go to the SNAG conference last year? i think we might have traded pins at pinswap... did you have copper pins with etched little bird on a wire or something of the sort? i had pod things that were enameled inside. anyway, hello.
Hi! Yeah, I did go to snag last year but didnt have bird pins...mine were laser engraved wood with pearls...

oh, i didn't get one of those. but the pieces you have on etsy made me think of these little etched pins i got, sorry to get you confused. i'm new to the blog world and i've been trying to find other jewelry blogs. it's interesting to see such a big community on here, totally awesome. are you going to SNAG houston? perhaps we can trade pins there...
