Although I wouldnt etch silver ...its not that bad! Although I wouldnt etch silver at home! Nitric acid gives me nightmares:) The copper stuff isnt bad though! You can even get it at Radio Shack. Its called PC etchant but really its just ferric chloride. You can etch and neutralize everything with baking soda when you are done.
