My Sign

Its as big as I am! It feels so huge but I think in the gallery it will be the right size. I love how it turned out, and the waterjet cutting was soooo affordable, I couldn't believe it! This 5' aluminum sign (and a smaller 3' one just in case) were cheaper than getting the traditional vinyl letter sign. How is that possible???? And now I can use it again for another show!
Anyway, this sign will hang at the entrance to my thesis show and will be painted black, hung on a wall that is painted like a charcoal gray, with a white shadow behind the sign. EXCITED!
Melissa McGurgan, is the designer who did all the design for my postcards, poster etc., and she also did the design for this sign. Girl is my hero!

That sign is gorgeous, you'll definitely get a lot of use from it. I'm also shocked that it was less than vinyl.
