Stumped

So, I have been having a creative block recently. I feel a lot of pressure to make something profound and amazing, and because of that, have been too intimidated to start on anything. I know, its not good. So the other day, I forced myself to just make something. I wanted to finish a pendant in one day, start to finish. The result was this. I was kind of inspired by cactus fruit, but its not really representational of anything. I look at it and it doesn't feel like my work, it really doesn't look like my work, but at least I got something done. I feel so much pressure to know what I am going to focus on for my thesis, I feel like I can't make anything until I know what I am doing. I better have an epiphany...pronto.

This is absolutely beautiful work! I love that you can flip the pendant front or back and it still looks amazing. Plus, your setting style is great. Keep up the good work. Exploration can only lead to good things (even when you go through rough spots)! I'd love to hear about your technique for this piece.

Oooo - I like it. It's nice to throw different things into the mix sometimes. Good luck thinking of your thesis - I'm sure you will get that epiphany!
